Dining With an International Flair
I took my dad out to lunch the other day and we had a grand feast! My dad is 85 now, and eats like a bird. He usually orders soup and a cup of coffee – that’s it. While trying to decide where to go, we drove past Cotsco. Perfect. We had a nice brisk walk through the parking lot and inside the huge store before heading to the food department.
Our first course was a lovely Caesar salad.
The Madras Lentils were so good, I bought a 6-pack.
Next, the tasty salmon hit the spot.
As we reached the end of the isle, we were greeted by a wonderful woman with a net on her head who offered us New York style cheesecake along with the Starbucks coffee.
What did this fabulous lunch cost? $163.27. Have you ever left Costco empty-handed?
