Worst winter ever? The second blizzard in less than a week buried the East Coast under nearly a foot of snow on Wednesday, and a third storm could be brewing for next week. The previous record for snowiest winter in the DC area was 62.5 inches in Baltimore in 1995-96.
Here in San Diego it was a shivering 60°F – the normal for today is 67°F. No rain is forecast for the weekend.
Yeah, we’re wimps here on the west coast. But I’d rather be a wimp dealing with 60°F 78°F and plans to play golf this weekend, than freezing my rear off in DC with 27°F having to shovel snow to get out the front door. The west IS the best.
