I haven’t posted for a while because I’ve been getting the vegetable garden bed and the pots ready for a bumper crop this year. Got all my vegetable seeds planted in little peat pots and sprouts have started popping out. It’s time to get them planted outside. April in San Diego started out with warm, sunny weather – a big change from last year.
Good thing I waited to plant. Last night we had heavy rain, wind and temperatures down to the high 40’s! So much for getting the veggie seedlings in the ground. My kitchen looks like a nursery with little pots next to every window. Not much space left to cook. Have to eat dinner out – darn. 😉
